Slumdog Star Tapped for New Woody Allen Film

Freida Pinto, who worked alongside many non-actors in the Oscar-sweeping Slumdog Millionaire, will perform alongside some of Hollywood's biggest stars in her next project, a Woody Allen film that also stars Anthony Hopkins, Naomi Watts, and Josh Brolin.
The film is so far untitled, according to Variety.
Since her breakout performance in Slumdog, Pinto has become one of the most in-demand actresses in Hollywood and has been considering which project to move forward with since signing on with CAA in November. The Allen project will be the model-turned-actress' first film post-Slumdog.
