Shannen Doherty, Dylan McDermott Join Burning Palms Ensemble Film

Shannen Doherty and Dylan McDermott are ready to light up the screen together...along with more than a dozen other people.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the duo has signed on to co-star in Burning Palms, an ensemble satire on Los Angeles stereotypes told through five intertwining storylines. (Think more Short Cuts than Crash.)
Who else is in the flick, you ask? (Deep breath.) Here we go: Zoe Saldana, Lake Bell, Nick Stahl, Paz Vega, Adriana Barraza, Colleen Camp, Jamie Chung, Robert Hoffman, Peter Macdissi, Emily Meade, Anson Mount, Rosamund Pike, Austin Williams and Tom Wright.

Palms comes courtesy of writer-director Christopher Landon, who will make his directorial debut on the indie flick.
Production is underway in Los Angeles and will move to Baton Rouge, La. next week.
