Lost's Mark Pellegrino Lands Lead in Indie Film

Lost star Mark Pellegrino has nabbed the lead role in an independent film, according to Variety.
"The End" is near for Lost
Titled Joint Body, it revolves around a parolee who's barred from seeing his young daughter when his ex-wife leaves him. He soon develops a relationship with a stripper and saves her from an unlikely assailant while evading the law.
Alicia Witt (Friday Night Lights) and Jim Parrack (True Blood) will also star in the film, which begins shooting next month in Illinois.
The 44-year-old actor is best known as Jacob, keeper of the island, on Lost. He also played Lucifer during the fifth season of Supernatural.
