Jon Hamm Moves Into Ben Affleck's Town

Mad Men star Jon Hamm has signed on to co-star with Ben Affleck in the crime thriller The Town.
Hamm will play an FBI agent on the heels of a bank robber (Affleck) who is considering going straight after falling in love with a bank teller (Rebecca Hall), according to the Hollywood Reporter. Despite their romance, the teller also leads Hamm's agent to Affleck's outlaw.

Affleck co-wrote and will direct the film, an adaptation of Chuck Hogan's novel, Prince of Thieves. The film will begin shooting in September in Boston, where Affleck filmed his first film, Gone Baby Gone.
The third season of Mad Men debuts Sunday, Aug. 16 at 10/9 CT on AMC.
