Glee's Jayma Mays will pair with Neil Patrick Harris in Sony's planned feature Smurfs.

Mays, who plays Emma Pillsbury on the Fox series, will star opposite Harris as his pregnant wife in the movie that blends live action and animation. Harris will also make his way over to Mays' show later this season as her love interest's former rival.
Mays will shoot the movie while the final two episodes of Glee's first season are being filmed, but it will not create a scheduling conflict, her rep told TVGuide.com.
Hank Azaria of The Simpsons has also been cast as the voice of the Smurfs' enemy, Gargamel.
