Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg Team Up in New Comedy

Will Ferrell and Mark Walhberg will hit the big screen as cops in "The B Team," Variety reports. Sony Pictures Entertainment acquired the film based on a pitch— a tactic that worked previously with Talladega Nights and Step Brothers. Both were directed by Adam McKay, who is set to direct this film as well.
The script will be written by McKay and Chris Henchy, best known for co-executive producing Entourage, on which Wahlberg serves as an executive producer.
The film will be a co-production between Gary Sanchez Prods. and Mosaic.
