Grey's Stars Dempsey and Dane Celebrate Valentine's Day

Grey's Anatomy stars Patrick Dempsey and Eric Dane are bound for the same big-screen project, joining the estimable ensemble for the romantic comedy Valentine's Day.
The Garry Marshall-directed film follows five interconnecting stories about Los Angelinos anticipating (or in some cases dreading) the holiday of love.
Brush up on the Grey's finale and other season-enders
Dempsey will tread familiar ground and play a doctor — specifically, an obstetrician who woos Jennifer Garner's character, says the Hollywood Reporter. Thing is, he's married and she's oblivious.
Dane, meanwhile, will tackle the role of a pro quarterback debating whether to retire, Variety reports.
In addition to the Grey's guys and Garner, the Valentine's Day cast includes Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Shirley MacLaine, Bradley Cooper, Ashton Kutcher, Topher Grace, Emma Roberts and Hector Elizondo. Production started this week.
Dempsey's previous feature forays include Made of Honor and Can't Buy Me Love, while Dane has appeared in Marley & Me and X-Men: The Last Stand.
