Courteney Cox Is Excited for Scream 4

Cougar Town and Friends star Courteney Cox is looking forward to the next installment in the Scream franchise.

Cox, 45, will reprise her role as reporter Gale Weathers in Scream 4, which is being written by Kevin Williamson (who wrote the first two films).
"There are really only a few of us that survived," Cox told The Associated Press.
Also returning for the slasher sequel is Neve Campbell, who plays heroine Sidney Prescott, and Cox's husband David Arquette, who plays Deputy Dwight "Dewey" Riley.
"They're probably back living in Woodsboro," Cox said, referring to the town where the first film took place. "I think that he's probably still deputy, and I've had a lot of kids. I don't know. I'm probably miserable, and then I'm sure a lot of murdering will happen."
Cox and Arquette, 38, met on the set of the first Scream film in 1996.
