When Asian terrorists hijack a bus full of people, including a congressman, and demand the release of a drug trafficker as well as the deportation of all US drug agents in the country, the government has no choice but to call in the DART team composed of ninja-skilled Spike Shinobi (Sho Kosugi), his blond sidekick, Steve Gordon (Brent Huff), and beautiful but dangerous Jennifer Barnes (Emilia Lesniak). They trail a released suspect back to the gang's headquarters and discover that the whole operation is supervised by drug czar Alby (Blackie Dammett).
