48 Hours To Live

This story of international intrigue does not always make sense, but it maintains a fairly high level of suspense. Correspondent Steel suddenly finds himself in the middle of a kidnaping plot when a famous nuclear scientist is held for ransom by an international spy ring. The reporter takes it upon himself to see that the scientist is rescued before any harm is done. Inventive direction keeps the film from becoming overly predictable.
