Suzy Nakamura, Help Me Help You
To hear ABC's press site tell it, Help Me Help You's Inger — one of the new TV season's breakout characters — is "a 25-year-old, self-made millionaire who totally lacks social skills and hasn't had a real date in over six years." So you can understand why she's in desperate need of therapy from Ted Danson's shrink character. To get inside the socially inept software developer's head, TVGuide.com Q&A'd her portrayer, Suzy Nakamura, who let slip that tonight at 8:30 pm/ET, Miss Inger just might be getting lucky (for an instant, at least). Plus, Suzy's surprising connection to Heroes' Hiro!
TVGuide.com: What are you up to this fine day?Suzy Nakamura: I moved some furniture last night. I went to trapeze class with [Help M

Michael Cera, Arrested Development
It's been a bittersweet week for Arrested Development fans. We got to see the cast reunited at the Emmys, though everyone knew a win for Fox's dearly departed comedy was a long shot. Then Season 3 was released on DVD this week, but for many, this, too, is a reminder of the show's premature demise. To ease our pain, TVGuide.com called Michael Cera (aka painfully awkward teen George-Michael Bluth), who was back at home in Toronto and has apparently recovered nicely from AD's cancellation.
TVGuide.com: Um, do you know that Warrant's "Cherry Pie" plays on your phone line before you answer?Michael Cera: Yeah, I get a lot of calls from people who hang up right away after hearing that, thinking they've called some weird wrong number. I

Alan Arkin, Paul Dano and Steve Carell, Little Miss Sunshine
Amidst all the pillaging pirates and soaring superheroes of this summer movie season, keep an eye out for a plucky little yellow VW bus, because that's one ride you won't want to miss. Now in select theaters, Little Miss Sunshine follows a dysfunctional bunch — Dad (Greg Kinnear) is a low-rent Tony Robbins, the Nietzsche-loving son (Paul Dano) has taken a vow of silence, Grandpa (Alan Arkin) is an oversexed druggie, and Uncle Frank (

Jane Lynch, Lovespring International
Who put the overly amorous boss from The 40 Year Old Virgin in charge of a dating service?! Part of the credit goes to Will & Grace's Eric McCormack, one of the executive producers of the Lifetime series Lovespring International (premiering tonight at 11 pm/ET). In this improv comedy, Jane Lynch plays Victoria, the head of an "elite Beverly Hills" dating service... based out of Tarzana, California... whose staffers are as pathetic as its pretend pedigree. Little does The Office's Jim realize, he'll soon have a drunk Pam to deal with in "The Dundies."
Tonight's episode of The Office [9:30 pm/ET on NBC] is a rerun of one of my favorites of the season — "The Dundies." I get a lot of letters about the Dundies. It's a big episode for Pam.
In this episode, Michael hosts the annual Dunder-Mifflin Awards, affectionately referred to as "the Dundies." Michael makes up awards for each person in the office and then stages a huge presentation at a local Chili's. He serves as the master of ceremonies, which is really an opportunity for him to tell bad jokes and sing songs. Dwight is his DJ and sound-effects specialist. After Pam gets in a huge fight with Roy just before the awards begin, she joins Jim inside and gets drunk.
I got to do a lot of physical comedy in this episode. I fall down. I give

Per Variety, Universal Pictures is scaring up a new take on The Wolf Man with Benicio Del Toro (really, could it have been anyone else?) in the title role.... Scary Movie's Anna Faris will star alongside John Krasinski (The Office), John Cho (Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle) and Jane Lynch (The 40 Year Old Virgin) in Smiley Face, a stoner comedy.... Grammy-winning rapper Kanye West will exec-produce and appear in a feature film inspired by his music, composed of shorts by assorted writers and directors, and probably not dedicated to President Bush.

The Office's Steve Carell, John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer
It's an oldie but goodie on The Office tonight [9:30 pm/ET on NBC]. We are rerunning an episode from Season 1 called "Diversity Day." Michael is subjected to a day of diversity training after complaints are made to corporate about his behavior. He hijacks the meeting and teaches his own brand of sensitivity.
If you are new to The Office, this will be a treat. "Diversity Day" is an often-quoted fan favorite. It is also a favorite of Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, the creators of the original British version of
