It's 1990 and street gangs have taken over the Bronx. Hammer (Vic Morrow) is hired to find an heiress who has taken up with a biker. When he locates the girl, he finds that the biker plans to use her as a pawn in the war between two rival gangs. An uninspired attempt to cash in on the success of films such as THE WARRIORS (1979) and ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK (1981). leave a comment
