The animation is unremarkable, but this feature-length cartoon is a charming sequel that doesn't dishonor the source material. With Cruella Deville (voice of Susanne Blakeslee) banned from "fur-ther" mischief, the 101 Dalmatians are happily ensconced in an English suburb with their human pets.
